01 // Who are you?
I'm Ali, an offensive security researcher and systems enthusiast publishing under the brand 3lyly0. I have spent years competing in CTFs (notably on Hack The Box and Hacker101), hunting bugs, writing exploits, and developing tools to automate complex offensive workflows.
02 // What do you like working on?
My primary fascination is dissecting complex targets where the rules are constrained. Whether that means reversing proprietary RF protocols, exploiting V8 TurboFan type confusions through isolated headless browsers, finding command injection in embedded network devices, or building agentic frameworks for offensive security analysis.
03 // Why does this site exist?
This is not a traditional resume or marketing portfolio. It is an editorial research journal. When I investigate a bug or build an exploit, I write down the complete map from start to finish - so that anyone reading can understand exactly how it works and reproduce it themselves.
04 // What's with the turtle?
The turtle has been my visual mascot and identity for years. It represents steady persistence: digging relentlessly into opaque systems until you finally crack them wide open.
05 // How can I reach out?
You can reach me on X (Twitter) at @i3lyly0, check out my code on GitHub, or view my activity on Hack The Box.
